Stressful
This changing of passwords is very stressful on us as employees. We get locked out of the app because you make us change passwords too often without notifying us in advance to change the password.
NOT ONLY THAT !!!
We start to run out of passwords to use and are not able to remember random ***
I am an employee of a company that uses Workday and we have to login everyday to clock in and do assignments provided by our employer. But it is always a stressful task to log in because Workday locks us out of the app before notifying us to change or update our password.
Old passwords are forgotten and there is no direct way to change our passwords unless we are at the designated computer on the job site, which makes it impossible to complete any tasks or assignments issued by our employer away from the job site, and clock in and out of work accordingly.
Counter-productive to what this app is for.
My bank account does not make me change passwords this much.
It is so frequent that we begin to run out of passwords and begin to use random things which makes it more difficult for us to remember. VERY STRESSFUL !!!
SOLUTION: Add a link to either email or text us an access code so that we can immediately change our passwords.
- Workday can be very useful when we can access it

Cannot log into account
I've been trying to log into my account for the past hour and nothing seems to work. I've tried resetting my password but nothing has come to my email.
I've tried phone calls and nothing, I also tried a SMS code and did not receive anything. I really need to gain access to my account as I am currently trying to fix some information there to apply for a job, but this is making it impossible since I cannot log in.

HR and the response
I have tried over and over again to speak to a live person, but that is impossible. I have applied 105 times with Workday being the engine for someone to call or contact me back, with no luck.
The response I have always gotten was 'Thank you, but you're not qualified!' I know for the majority of your jobs this is not true. Can someone please respond to my request to speak with a live, knowledgeable person because the algorithm you all are using is wrong.

I call several daya ago and spkoe to customer service and resetting my password and phone contact. im still not able to log in and it still shows my old contact information

You should have addressed this with your employer. They aren’t going to be happy that you are criticizing the company that developed the app/software.
My employer did not develop the app. So they do not control how the app operates.
